The blessing of a car accident

Currently, Israel is a rainy season. It is a time of intensive late rain. A traffic accident occurred on the way to the post office. in January this year when we heard about the arrival of supplies for Holocaust survivors by mail. Since Police is still investigating who made the mistake for the traffic accident, each of us had to fix the damage. The Jewish old lady was driving from behind us and hit our left side and stopped to the front of us. At the time, she said sorry to us but when we met at the police station to investigate who’s fault. She changed her attitude and said that the accident was at fault on our side. We were very disappointed and sad but the Lord changed our sadness into a heart of praise. Due to an unexpected traffic accident, a lot of car repair costs were paid, so we were worried about the finances needed for the ministry for a month. Since that time the Lord started filling all needed supplies in our place. We are really grateful that we were not for getting injured so we jumped on our feet and shared things.

현재 이스라엘은 우기입니다. 집중적으로 늦은비가 오는 때입니다. 지난 1월 미국에서 홀로코스트 생존자들에게 줄 물품이 도착했다는 우편 소식을 듣고 가던 중 교통사고가 났습니다. 아직 교통사고의 진위를 따져 누구의 실수인지 여전히 조사중이여서 각자 자기 차를 우선 고치게 되었습니다. 빗길에 뒤에서 달려오던 유대인 할머니 차가 저희 차 옆을 박고 앞으로 가서 섰는데 사고 당일엔 한없이 미안하다던 할머니가 경찰서에서 다시 조사를 받기위해 보았을

때는 자신은 잘못이 없다고 저희 쪽 잘못이라고 말했다고 해서 마음이 상했었습니다. 그런 마음을 주님이 찬양의 마음으로 바꾸어 주셨습니다. 예상치 못한 교통사고로 차 수리비가 많이 나와서 한달 사역에 필요한 재정에 염려와 근심이 생겼는데 그날부터 저희 집에는 차고 넘치게 필요한 물품이 채워지고 있습니다. 저희가 발로 뛰어 물건을 받아 여기저기 나누면서 몸이 안다쳐 얼마나 감사한지. 그리고 이가 없으면 잇몸으로 일하시는 주님을 보며 너무 감사했습니다.
